Emily Rogers currently works as a research assistant at George Mason University focusing on lobbying and advocacy. Previously, Emily worked in the nonprofit sector specializing in volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention at SCORE and DECA. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies with a minor in Health from the College of Charleston. She graduated from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government in May 2020 with a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Emily is a member of the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration, the Nu Lambda Mu Honor Society for Nonprofit Management, and the recipient of the Julianne Mahler Award for Outstanding Research in Public Administration.
