Spring Lunch with the Dean

Several times a year, five undergraduate students are selected by the Schar School of Policy and Government’s Undergraduate Student Services Office to have lunch with the dean of the school, Mark J. Rozell. The students are encouraged to ask any questions they like, and the conversations usually range from school operations and advice on course selections to current events in U.S. politics, Rozell’s forte.

“For the past few years, the ‘Lunch with the Dean’ event has served as a valuable conduit between Schar School undergraduates and the head of their school,” said Matt Green, assistant director of undergraduate student services. “It provides a casual setting where students and the dean can discuss the ideas and challenges that define the Schar School’s undergraduate experience.”
